Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within [15 days] of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Fadeway is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [7 business days].

We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
